Privacy Notice

In compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Information, THE PAPERCHASE©, and its personnel, hereinafter the "Responsible Party", domiciled at Serdan and Navarro, Colonia Centro en La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, as the responsible party for collecting personal information on the customers or users of its services, as well as for the use given to said information and its protection, hereby informs its customers or users of its services, hereinafter the "The Holder", of the following:

The personal information or whatever other hard document or electronic document, related to the service that the "Holder" wishes to contract with the "Responsible Party", may be sensitive in their property or financial aspects, which shall be used to provide services and products that have been required, as well as to fulfill the obligations derived from such relationship and other compatible or analogous purposes. 

In order to prevent non authorized access to the Holder's information and to make sure that said information will be used as stated in this notice, we have established various procedures to avoid miss use or spreading of information.

The "Holder" shall be entitled, through the procedures that we have implemented, to access, rectify and cancel his/her personal information, as well as to oppose to the use and processing of the same or revoke consent that he/she has granted us for such purpose. To learn about said procedures and requirements, the "Holder" may contact the area in charge of the Information Security of the "Responsible Party" at the offices located on the aforesaid address.

The personal information of the "Holder" may be transferred and processed in and outside of the country to persons who provide services needed by the Responsible party or Holder, in which case the receiving third party shall assume the same obligations that correspond to the "Responsible Party" that transferred the information.

It shall be understood that the "Holder" agrees tacitly to the way the information is handled when the privacy notice has been put at his/her disposition and does not express his/her opposition. 

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates at any time to this privacy notice, in accordance to the current legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the rendering or offering of our services.

Said modifications or updates may be disclosed to the "Holder" through any of the following means: visible notices in our offices, newspapers, in account statements, through email notice, or any electronic means used to be in contact with "THE PAPER CHASE" or on its website www.thepaperchase.com.mx

De acuerdo a lo previsto en la “Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales”, THE PAPER CHASE ®, su titular y staff , con domicilio en Serdán y Navarro, Colonia Centro en La Paz, Baja California Sur, como “Responsable” de recabar los datos personales del cliente o usuario de sus servicios, en lo sucesivo el “Titular”, así como del uso que se les dé a los mismos y de su protección, a través del presente informa lo siguiente:

Los datos personales o cualquier otro documento o datos electrónicos, relacionados con el servicio o producto que desee el “Titular” contratar con el “Responsable”, pueden ser sensibles patrimoniales o financieros, los cuales serán utilizados, para proveer los servicios que ha requerido,así como para cumplir las obligaciones derivadas de tal relación y otros fines compatibles o análogos.

Para prevenir el acceso no autorizado a sus datos personales y con el fin de asegurar que la información sea utilizada para los fines establecidos en este aviso de privacidad, hemos establecido diversos procedimientos y así evitar el uso o divulgación no autorizados de sus datos, tratándolos debidamente.

El “Titular”, tendrá el derecho de acceder, rectificar y cancelar sus datos personales, así como de oponerse al tratamiento de los mismos o revocar el consentimiento que para tal fin nos haya otorgado, a través de los procedimientos que hemos implementado. Para conocer dichos procedimientos y requisitos, el “Titular” se puede poner en contacto con el área correspondiente del “Responsable” en las oficinas ubicada en el domicilio antes señalado.

Los datos personales del “Titular”, podrán ser transferidos y tratados dentro y fuera del país a personas que le provean servicios necesarios para el responsable y el titular, en cuyo caso, el tercero receptor, asumirá las mismas obligaciones que correspondan al “Responsable” que transfirió los datos.

Se entenderá que el “Titular” consiente tácitamente el tratamiento de sus datos, cuando habiéndose puesto a su disposición el aviso de privacidad, no manifieste su oposición.

Nos reservamos el derecho de efectuar en cualquier momento modificaciones o actualizaciones al presente aviso de privacidad, de acuerdo a los cambios en la legislación aplicable, políticas internas o nuevos requerimientos para la prestación u ofrecimiento de nuestros servicios.

Dichas modificaciones o actualizaciones se podrán dar a conocer al “Titular” a través de cualquiera de los siguientes medios: anuncios visibles en nuestras oficinas, en periódicos, en el estado de cuenta, correo electrónico, o cualquier medio electrónico que se utilice para estar en contacto con “THE PAPER CHASE” o bien en la página de internet www.thepaperchase.com.mx
